Account data

Authentication is handled by Clerk. ContinueWith stores account identity, email, site records and configuration.

Widget analytics

The widget records event type, provider, prompt label, page URL, referrer and a short hashed user-agent value. It does not store prompt output or conversations with AI providers.

Data use

Analytics are used to show site owners how visitors continue with AI assistants and to protect the service from abuse.

Export and deletion

Site owners can export analytics CSV files from the dashboard and delete their ContinueWith account data from account settings. Support remains available at hello@continuewith.ai for manual requests or recovery questions.
