Install help
Start with the install docs for Ghost, Webflow, WordPress, Next.js and plain HTML. For issues, include the page URL where the snippet was added and whether the dashboard install check passes.
Data controls
Use the dashboard to export analytics CSV files, delete individual sites or delete your ContinueWith account data. Email support if you need help after deleting data.
Plan changes
Free, Pro and Agency plans can be upgraded from the dashboard via Stripe Checkout. Use Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal for plan changes or invoices. Email support for Enterprise or custom rollouts.

Use the security page for the current data model, event storage and domain validation details.
